While we are not currently running a fundraiser campaign, The Dock Bar and Grill is running a promotion on Little Round Lake and the Sawyer County Snowmobile and ATV Alliance is receiving the benefit from this great idea!

No, there isn’t a burger drive-through on the lake! 🤔 Wait, that would be cool though! This big guy in the picture, formally known as as Big Boy has been renamed “Little Round Hank” which is way cooler!! He has taken his place on Little Round and will stay there until he can take his own Polar Pluge!

Stop at The Dock Bar and Grill and get your bets on when he will go through the ice in the book for a $5/donation per bet. Betting is unlimited – you can bet the date and time in 10 minute intervals of when Hank with drop through! Betting will continue until the week after Birkie (end of Feb). (Note: Hank has a 600 lb. base!) All remaining proceeds will be donated to the SCSAA!!! Winners will get great prizes!

🥇 1st Place – $1000
🥈 2nd Place -$500

🥉 3rd Place – Pizza 🍕 (if you haven’t had their pizza yet it’s as good as winning $1000 🤤)

Little Round Hank was purchased by Butch at The Dock. He wanted to find a cool way to raise funds for the SCSAA for “all the hard work the Alliance volunteers do all year long!” He thought of those “sink the car” contests and found this big guy and thought he’d look better than a car posted out there on Round. He purchased him with his own funds, but needed some help to get Hank out there. So leave it to some amazing Alliance volunteers as they jumped at the opportunity! Jeff Wolf headed the task and found great help with Tim Davison, Brian Larson, Craig Bell, Dave Syzmanowski, Doug Hamblin and Jeff Erdman. Jeff Erdman built the 600lb base, 300lbs of it being stone to make an even drop. Once dropped in and time to bring him up Round Lake Marina will use their lift to bring him out.

Huge thank you to Butch and The Dock, Jeff, Tim, Craig, Dave, Brian and Jeff, and Round Lake Marina! This will be so much fun to watch!!

Meet Sawyer, the Alliance Mascot!

Sawyer is out traveling between the businesses that help sponsor the Alliance. When you come across Sawyer at a business on your snowmobile or ATV/UTV ride, take a selfie and share it on the business’s Facebook Page and on the Sawyer County Alliance Facebook page. Check the Alliance Facebook page to see Sawyer’s latest adventures and current location.

Sawyer loves trail riding! Take him along on your ride and get pictures with him out on the trails, then post them on the Alliance Facebook page!
